BostonIvy Style – Return & Exchange Policy
Please use our online returns portal to start a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our portal and completed appropriately.
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags intact that was purchased either in our store or at bostonivystyle.com. All returns must be started within 30 days of the original purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund. Each return request must include the original packing slip or receipt for processing. Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed according to this policy.
BostonIvy Style reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with these guidelines.
Customized or Personalized Orders
Items that have been monogrammed, personalized, or custom-made are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Return Shipping & Exchange Processing
For domestic returns and exchanges initiated via our returns portal at bostonivystyle.com, we will provide a return shipping label. For exchanges, BostonIvy Style will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item. For returns where a refund is requested, the cost of the prepaid return label may be deducted from the refund total.
International customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Once an item is received at our facility and approved, refunds or credits will be issued according to the original form of payment.
